BossBody System

The BossBody System is a membership-based program, uniquely designed to offer women effective fitness training & coaching.

Coupled with the goal of transforming elements of a woman's life, where she may need it most.

 

Women primarily join BossBody to make a physical change to their body, and experience a warm and inviting community, making new friends along the way.

Health

Develop all-round health for your body & mind.

Toning

Increase fat loss and tone your whole body.

Strengthening

Build a strong body for physical stamina.

Stretching

Increase flexibility and develop a mobile body.

BossBody System Package

Membership of the BossBody System entitles you to an exceptional experience in fitness & conditioning.

Outlined below, are the elements of the System that you will receive, on becoming a member.

Live 
Classes

Over 12 'Live' fitness classes, weekly, uniquely designed around your goal & objective.

Class
Recordings

Each 'Live' class is recorded, so if you miss a class, you get access the recording.

Community Group

You will join a motivated, supportive & fun group of like-minded women.

Support & Guidance

You are never alone on this journey, and will receive help whenever you might need it.

BossBody System for newcomers begins with a FREE 7 DAY TRIAL', where you get to experience the variety of classes we have on offer.

Upon completion of the 7 day trial, you will have the opportunity to join the

BossBody System Membership Program.

First Class

Take part in your first live class or FB class recording.

Second Class

Do another class or FB class recording. You've made a great start!

Rest Day

Take a day off to re-coup. You've earnt it!

Back On It!

Do a live class or FB class recording

Almost There

Penultimate Day Of Induction Week, You've Almost Made It Through. Finish strong with your last class of the week; either live or FB recording.

Final Day

15 min 1 to 1 to discuss how you got on with the classes and  whether you'd like to join the BossBody community.
